Matt Feldmann

Fundcycle Law is led by senior funds partner Matt Feldmann with over 26 years of experience advising fund managers in Asia. Before founding Fundcycle Law, Matt worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Hong Kong and Singapore from 1999 to 2025 where he headed the APAC Funds Practice.

Matt has advised on some of the largest hedge fund and private real estate fund launches in Asia, and he has guided numerous managers on their fund operations in Asia. He has also advised institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on their investments in Asia including through bespoke investment platforms, seed agreements, investment clubs and funds.

Matt is qualified in Hong Kong, England & Wales and Switzerland.
